I had a problem with the form during the hosting service purchasing process, I couldn’t understand what was wrong with the VAT number field, so I asked for help using the chat window, a girl quickly replied, I told her what the problem was, she gave me some info and then she helped me find a solution. This is a very good customer service. I’m very satisfied.

I am setting up my website and had trouble finding how to add my public ssh key to link up IDE to my new site. The first advisor sent me two tutorial links on how to get started and upload my public ssh key. However, I could not find an ssh manager in the cPanel. The second advisor quickly figured out the problem was my cPanel theme had limited functionality and changed the theme for me.
