  22. I was thinking about opening an account based on the Wordpress ‘Growbig’ offer but found the wording quite confusing. When they state on their website a special offer of £5.75 p/month I expected to sign up for a year and pay monthly £5.75 p/month and after that the special price would revert to the normal rate for the next year.

    Wrong! If you sign up for a year and pay in advance then you get it at the special rate shown for that year.

    I hope they can make this a little clearer, I had to go online on a web chat to clear the matter up and pre-sales support was quite quick for a Sunday afternoon so top marks for that! I’m still considering going with them based on all the reviews here but need to close my existing VPS down first.

    Never, ever have I experienced such helpful and fast support from any kind of company.

    I really feel like the support staff want to help me and go out of there way to make it as easy as possible.

    The servers are BLAZINGLY FAST and everything just works like it’s supposed to, all the time.

    SiteGround’s approach to customer service should be a university level case study for future business leaders.

  25. I use Siteground for my Skadate/Oxwall software and I am beyond pleased with their support and the amount of services they have. I can ask exactly anything, and the support is quick and thorough and always very friendly and personal. I’ve had a couple of other hosting services during the years and Siteground is by far the best I’ve ever had.

    The only thing which is a shame is that I can’t register my .se domain with them, but that’s no fault of theirs.

    SiteGround’s chat service is amazing. I never have to wait more than a few seconds, and every person with whom I’ve chatted has been knowledgeable, agreeable, and patient. Also I greatly appreciate SG’s policy of sending a transcript of the chat so I don’t have to write down a lot of notes while I’m in the midst of a chat.

  34. Used a few different big name webhosts, even when people say they are great, they usually end up going downhill or not being as great as people have told me.

    Moved away from SiteGround once to pick up one of those “cheap” deals and ended up regretting it after trying a few of those big names. SiteGround are consistently good (I’m talking over many years!) and the customer service absolutely rocks.

    Never will I leave you again my sweet SiteGround! ;-)

    I have transferred all of my website to Siteground.

As a complete web-deisgn amateur, I really didn’t know where to turn for advice and support. SiteGround proved to be very useful in getting my website up and running.

    Nothing is more important to me than customer service, as I am very busy and have limited time each week to work on buildingmy website. Siteground support (a real person) is available to walk you thru some of the most complicated processes of web development. Without those support/cust service reps, I would have been lost. At <$4 month, this is a STEAL. I recommend SiteGround wholeheartedly.

  41. Their customer support is top notch. Very knowledgeable, professional, and they solved my issue very fast.
    On top of that, the 2 sites I have on their servers load super fast. I tried moving the sites on a different hosting company, and I’ve seen a significant drop in income due to poor loading times. I can honestly say that SiteGround actually helps me make more money each day.
