Add a Notification to Old Posts in WordPress with Old Post Notifier

First thing you need to do is install and activate the plugin, Old Post Notifier.

Once you have activated it, you need to go to Settings » Old Posts Notifer and fill in the right settings.

You can select the minimum age of the post by entering the day. The notification will only appear on posts that meets the age requirement. You can exclude specific categories.
