    Trialled a server at SiteGround. The server itself seemed to perform well, and their chat support is very good.

    My only problem was with their cancellation procedure. You are unable to simply cancel — you must go through a live chat in order to cancel.

    The first time I went into cancel, I saw that a chat was involved, which I didn’t have time for at that moment, so I left cancelling til later — which, of course, I then forgot to do, resulting in me being charged another month’s fee for a service I wasn’t using (and which, of course, it is against their policy to refund).

    So it ended up being a very expensive trial!

    But aside from that, they seem pretty good.

    Server is down from past 10 hours.

    Siteground is worlds worst hosting provider, they provider shared hosting and claim that they are best but the fact is that they are one of the worst in terms of support and server uptime,

    I lost my business reputation beacuase of siteground in 10 hours i lost revenue.

    Please do not become a victim of fraud by siteground,

    If you are unable to provide service please refund my amount and let me know. So, i can take backup and move to a different hosting provider as i don’t need this kind of service.

    Siteground’s LIVE chat and ticket support team is far the best I’ve experienced. They are responsive and knowledgeable.

    Support is direct and not links to useless help documents that one doesn’t understand. When help documents are provided as a solution it clear and precise or the support team takes the time to explain the process.

    The support team comes out as my hero in every technical issue.

      The Siteground customer service is by far the best, timely and professional. I have used other hosting companies over the years. Sometimes they don’t even have the answers to a question or they give you the wrong answer, heck, I already knew the wrong answer, that is why I called customer support.

      I have another host for some of our other websites, there response time has been anywhere from 3 MONTHS to 8 MONTHS for a trouble ticket, can you believe that? AND MY SITE WAS DOWN! I complained so they turned everything off, my whole account but they still had my money. The next day they turned the account back on but said no more complaints, just wait and we will get to you. Then they wanted $35.00 to answer my question???

      SITEGROUND IS BY FAR THE BEST, They have the best CPanel, service, everything. I just wish I could afford them… I am not leaving, I just can not afford them…

      Either way, I have been a long term client and they help and work with me to find a resolution that fits into what I can afford.
