Grido – Very neat Responsive Tumblr-Like WordPress Theme

Today we were notified by our friends over at Themify about this new theme they have released. Grido is a responsive theme that fully supports WordPress Post formats making it yet another Microblogging theme for WordPress. Grido theme comes with 9 gradient backgrounds for each post, 8 color schemes for the site, post formats, responsive layout, css3 enhancement, lightbox gallery and much more.

As you can see, this design automatically adjusts to any resolution in the browser, iPad, iPhones, Android, Blackberry etc. This is great because it saves you the money that you would spend on a mobile plugin like WP Touch Pro.

Microblogging capabilities

Grido Post Format Icons

Grido comes fully supported with WordPress Post formats which allows you to microblog. You can assign your posts into the following formats: gallery, video, audio, image, quote, etc. This is an optional feature, and you do not have to use it, if you don’t want to.

CSS3 Enhancements

On browsers that supports CSS3, you will see enhancements like rounded corners, drop shadows, glowing and other transition effects.
