After that, we used Pingdom’s website speed test tool to run our tests. These were the results we got:

    The support team delays a lot. The answer takes 4/12 hours each.
    They took 3 days to migrate my website.

    Had an e-mail issue. Couldn’t fix it myself. Logged into Chat. It said 24 people ahead of you. If you see that anywhere else – like British Telecom (BT) you know that means ages to wait, but here the Chat agent responded in 30 seconds. And had the fault ( I had the wrong password and Thunderbird had tried it too many times so the host blocked my IP) resolved in less than 3 minutes.     I’ve been using Siteground for a year now creating multiple websites for myself and a few clients and continue to be blown away by the exceptional support and customer service I receive every single time I open a support ticket or live chat.

    I pay for the smallest amount of hosting plans on most of my accounts and have had many occasions where I have asked multiple questions and taken up quite a bit of time and the support team has always remained patient and explained things well and took care of other things that were too difficult for me to figure out.
