Wordpress for iphone is essential, after that you kind of lost me. Evernote is good but overrated. And the person above has a good point about paying for apps – why pay when there are plenty of free ones that are better.

That said my top 10 essentials for blog life are (and yes some are paid apps):

- Wordpress (for wordpress,

- QuickVoice (great for impromptu interviews or lectures…)

- iXpensit (finances are important)

- DocsToGo (edit, create and carry Word, Excel & PowerPoint docs)

- PI Lite (calendar and full GTD functionality)

- 2Do for lists and stuff (this is my preference over Evernote, though Evernote is much more media friendly)

- IM+ Lite (For IM’s though as far as I know it doesn’t accept SIPS, which is where fring stands out – though fring drops my calls a lot anyone another?),

- Skype (because fring keeps dropping the calls)

- Delicious Bookmarks (not the best but my internet reference life is delicious stream and its at my fingertips)

- Remote and VLC Remote (perfect if your in another room and need to change the music or if your reviewing media and need to access your media collection for reviews)

- VNC (remotely connect to your computer just in case you forgot something at home)

and a bonus game

- Paper Toss (perfect for writers block)

Great list. I’m a big fan of EverNote, which is an excellent personal organizer service.

I’ve just started using Omnifocus and I find it really helpful with day to day tasklist. I really love my iPhone the choice of apps is great. Thanks for compiling the list great read.
