Maoam, I found WP Sentry, Peter’s Login Redirect, and Absolute Privacy work in conjunction to give me the control that would provide the control you seek. Set up a user that has posts not visible to other users. Set up a login for registered users. Have Peter’s Login Redirect take them to the normal blog, rather than to the backend of the website. Other options available. Hope this helps.

Does anyone know of a plugin that changes the backend so that an author only(!) sees his own posts in the backend posts-list?
