Simfo – Responsive Minimal WordPress Theme From Themify

Our friends over at Themify have just notified us of a new responsive theme they came out with called Simfo. We decided to try it out and found it to be clean and functional. Simfo is coded in HTML5 and CSS3, it has 8 skins, and includes support for child themes. Here are some of the cooler features in detail with screenshots:

Responsive Design

As you can see, the layout adjusts to any screen size and can be easily displayed on Blackberries, iPhones, and iPads. In case you didn’t know, you can make your old un-responsive theme just like Simfo by using a plugin like WP Touch Pro.

Post Sorting

Post Sorting

One of our favorite features was the optional post sorting navigation that allows you to easily sort posts according to their category.

Lightbox Link

Another cool feature we found was the Lightbox Link. It lets you display zoomed-in images, iframes, and videos in a lightbox popup without needing a plugin!

8 Color Skins

It comes with 8 extra skins for you to choose from as well so if you don’t like the white space you can choose from a variety of colors.

Other Features

  • Feature slider
  • Choose up to 4 footer widget columns
  • List view and multiple grid view layouts
  • Footer text and footer logo
  • Header and footer custom menu
  • Optional RSS, search form, and social network icons

Simfo costs only $39 to purchase, but if you hurry and use the coupon “simfo” then you will get a 30% discount on this theme. The coupon is valid until October 20th, 2011.
