Jeffro That’s Tim thumb issue but needed to be resolve from Hosting end. They need to give permission for the same. I had similar issue with Hostgator and within minutes they resolved the issue.

Looks like a pretty good theme but the demo is not showing the post thumbnails. Looks like an error with TimThumb.
