Is there a way to assign a sticky post to a category?  For example, I have set up a custom menu to include some categories as tabs on my navigation.  When you click on the category on the nav bar, you are taken to a page that lists all the posts in that category.  I would like the first post to be sticky.  Can I do this?</description>
